If you’re travelling with such conditions, free special assistance is there to help you get to and from the trains. At many of European stations, you’ll be helped by Assistance team. All UIC members collaborate closely to make sure everything goes smoothly during your Rail journey. On this page you can find contact information for most European countries and Rail company call centers. Make sure to contact the operator in your departure country to organize your assistance abroad.
